My first visit! Nice site. Good to see the FBM review. I'm with The Bandits (we're on at The Grand Hotel in Bishop Auckland this Saturday 28th August), and we've been around a long time now (formerly The Rhythm Bandits). Good to see talented new blood coming through. Also worth watching out for Oil City Connection (my other band) if you like 70s Dr Feelgood, Nine Below Zero and The Pirates. Worth keeping an eye out for Victims of The Fury too, fronted by Tom Atkinson, another young talent from around here. They do 70s Trower, Groundhogs and related stuff. Cracking material and performances.
The Bandits and OCC will see you at Darlington Rythm anbd Bews festival in September - along with VOTF! All free.

The Cancer Research UK committee in Stanley are still stuned over what happened on Sunday morning. At this point we dont know if we are going to carry on. If we get a lot of help we may carry on but at the moment we are just crying in our beer.

Many thanks for the kind words boys, another great night at the Buffs. Best of luck with the new Music Zoo website. A few too many beers were consumed at The Buffs and a simple tuning distraction meant I didn't finish my 'this is our last gig' (......for three weeks) sentence - and then the mayhem ensued...... :) CJ from Rock Solid was great and is now officially an Adjustable Tool!
